Key Holding Service Only Service

If you do not regularly rent out your property, or do not want any other of our services, we can still provide a key holding service for you. This may be beneficial for you so that we can provide prompt action when needed. Typical cases where this can be useful for you are if your guests are accidentally locked out of your property or if your alarm is activated. Or you may require an urgent by a tradesman to carry out repairwork. We only ask that you contact us when someone will be asking for your keys.

Airport Transfers

We provide Private, Fully Insured, Airport Transfers for your guests to and from Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) airports - and from 2009, we will also be able to provide this service from Corvera International Airport.
