Q Where are the properties situated?

Q Are the properties fully legal?
A Yes, all properties are legal and all necessary licences are in place before you take possession of your property. We also put you in touch with a local Spanish lawyer who speaks good English who will see to all the legal aspects.
Q Will my property be a sound investment?
A Yes, the properties are off plan - a good way of purchasing a property. Experience over many years has shown that the Spanish property market increases in value by at least 10% year on year and when purchasing on a golf resort you can expect a return of around 17% annually. These properties are good investments.
Q Will my property have good rental potential?
A Absolutely! Golf properties that are situated on prestigious developments are always in high demand. Some owners choose to finance all or part of their mortgage by renting out their property.
Q Will my property be built to a high standard?

Q How much deposit do I need and how long will I have to pay the full amount
for the property
A Most developers require a reservation deposit of 3,000 euros. 1 month after this it is usual to pay either 30% or 50% of the purchase price. The remainder of the purchase price is paid once the property is handed over to you ( keys in hand).
Q What other costs are involved when purchasing a property in Spain
A You should add approximately 11% to the purchase price of your property to cover your costs . These costs include Solicitors and Notary fees and Government taxes.
Q What else is needed to purchase my property?
A In order to purchase a property in Spain you need to have a fiscal number (NIE) and open a bank account. These matters are routine and we will assist you in opening your bank account and obtaining your NIE.
