Spain may be more beneficial to help alleviate the aches and pains we get older!!

For a couple of years we had been contemplating purchasing a holiday home in France, but have now decided that Spain may be more beneficial to help alleviate the aches and pains we get older!!   Consequently, we searched the internet for properties that might be of interest to us in Spain and came across www.simplymurcia.com (along with many other websites).  

We enquired about the properties at Residencial “La Tosquilla” and Alan and Elaine were the only people who came back to us and answered all our questions (and we are still asking questions and getting answers)!! 

Subsequently, we arranged a viewing trip and were met at the airport by Alan and Elaine who treated us like VIP’s for the duration!  They gave us an insight of the La Zarza valley and surrounding areas and took us to view the properties and also escorted us the whole period we were in Spain.  We were very impressed with what they were offering and the way they covered all aspects of burying a property.  We chose a property (Alana model) and are currently in the process of purchasing our holiday home in Spain.  They also helped us open a bank account and get us a solicitor.
